Process Explained
The Process
The client (you), makes initial contact with us via phone, text, or email.
We will take your order, asking some questions about the home or commercial property you want inspected
The client or we will contact your realtor to inform him/her of the tentative date and time, also inform the seller or the seller's agent of the time and date of inspection. All utilities of the property must be turned on so they can be properly inspected.
We will email you a copy of the contract, please read it, if you agree to the terms, sign it electronically, and email it back to us. The contract MUST be agreed to and signed by the client (you), and emailed back to Holliday Home Inspections PLLC before the home inspection appointment is confirmed and scheduled. If the client has questions about the contract, please feel free to call us so we can answer your questions.
The client will meet the inspector at the home on the day of the inspection appointment and the client is required to attend the inspection, or at the very least the client needs to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection.
The inspection should take about 3 hours to perform. We ask that you save all of your questions to be asked at the end of the inspection. We recommend that the client brings a note pad to write questions down so as not to slow down the inspection process.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the inspection. Client receives a emailed copy of the inspection report on site or the same day, if cell service is not available on site.
The inspector will review the results and answer all of the questions the client has pertaining to the home inspection report to the best of his ability.
