100+ Year Old Homes $50

Homes older than 100 years or considered historic due to their architectural style, significance, or associated with a historic event/ person, require special attention & care during an inspection. Homes fitting this category require additional time to perform an inspection. 

Detached Buildings    $50

Sheds & other detached buildings can be inspected for an additional fee (excluding Barns. Barns are subject to commercial pricing)

Same Day Inspections  $100

There is a additional fee for same day service, call before 11am, to check availability.

We DO NOT test for radon, mold, or perform termite inspections. Payment is due in full upon conclusion of inspection
